Beyoncé’s dad will teach you how to break into the biz

Beyoncé’s dad Mathew Knowles is set to host a one-day intensive course on how to break into the entertainment industry at a local Texas college in September.

The course, titled “The Entertainment Industry: How Do I Get In?” will take place on Sept. 13 at Houston Community College Central and will cost between $295 and $350.

A notice on the school’s website reads, “The daylong boot camp will allow attendees to tap Knowles’ vast entertainment and music business expertise and leave with real information, contacts and strategies for their own successful entertainment endeavors.”

Knowles managed Beyoncé’s girl group Destiny’s Child to superstardom and took charge of the “Crazy In Love” hitmaker’s solo career until he was dismissed in 2011.
